The Beat goes on and on.
One of the greatest passions in my life as been a love of music, especially 60-70s this may have something do do with being the Bee Gees cousin.
Over the last 22 years l have come into contact and become friends of some of the most fab internationaly know bands, here you will find details of up and coming gigs and reviews of shows.
Marmalade
l met Marmalade in May 86 and have had the best times of my life with these boy they are simply the best. The last 7 years with Call up the groups has been a fantastic time and l have gone all over the country with it and been to some great theatres.
The Fortunes
Storm in a tea cup, Freedom Come, Freedon Go are just a couple of the hits The Fortunes had in the 60s and 70s. Thirty forty years later they are still going strong and playing live music all over the Uk and world.
l cant remember when l firt saw The Fortunes probably the late 80s so l have been watching the about 20 years. The last 61/2 whilst they have been in Call up The Groups have been really good and l have been all over th UK even lreland.
The only sadness l have had with The Fortunes was when long standing frontman Rod Allen died after a short illness, he is replaced by Eddie who lives in Manchester and the band will continue to Play On as there new CD is called.

The Tremeloes
The Tremeloes are one of the best 60 bands around. The Beatles were turned down by Decca in favour of them. Great hits includin Silence is Golden, Here comes my Baby, Even the bad times are good etc.
l have know The Trems since May 1986 and they are a fantastic bunch with enjoy unbound considering the age of them! "sorry boys only joking". They still play many gigs here and abroad and l get to as many as l can.
